Before you meet your Wedding florist....

Posted on 4 July, 2016 at 16:15

To help you prepare for the big day, which is stressful enough in itself - we’ve put list of a few things to think about before you meet with your wedding florist. This will help you plan ahead and also help with your budget planning.

We've put together a wedding flowers checklist — a guide to all of the various floral elements you might need for your big day. Keep in mind, though, that this is only a guide and you can choose to include or skip any of the elements, depending on your budget and wedding style. If you're keeping it simple, for example, you may only need bouquets, buttonholes and centerpieces. Also, many ceremony and reception venues are stunning on their own and may not need floral arrangements. So if you've already invested in a gorgeous space, you could save a bundle on flowers.

Here is a list of everything you might need, but of course lots can be left out depending upon your budget -

  • Bride's bouquet

New website and flower barn

So  I have been working extra hard - alongside weddings and consultations, we thought it was very overdue to re style our website, logos and flower barn.... The barn is a work in progress - apart from trying to decide on going for plush and sumptious or vintage and shabby chic? um.. decisions... we get very overexcited at creating any look so we are finished with the weddings for the day and now knee deep in plum and grey paint... now we need to shop for lovley nic-nacs.... fun!.
